We are continuing to work on fixing reel downloads. Unfortunately the issue may persist for the next couple of hours. In the meantime, as a workaround, we recommend using web links or inviting users to your workspace as free viewers to share highlight reels. Users are unable to import data into note, tag, or insight views via the "Import" button. In the meantime, for non-CSV files, the workaround is to manually drag and drop files onto a note or insight view in your project.
