We are currently investigating two issues affecting the Browse page:
"All" filter not working — Selecting the All filter displays all folders as empty, even when they contain projects.
Projects beyond the first 25 not loading — When viewing a folder with more than 25 projects, only the first 25 are visible and additional projects do not load.
These issues may impact your ability to browse or locate projects. Our team is actively working on a fix and will provide updates as they become available. In the meantime, you can still find your projects using Search or under Your work.

Some customers are unable to download video clips, which are stuck on “Preparing download.” Transcript processing is also delayed, with items remaining in “Transcription queued.” We’re sorry for the disruption and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
