We are receiving reports that Google is no longer flagging Dovetail content as malicious and we are monitoring the situation.

We are continuing our investigation. We believe that Google has incorrectly flagged content from Dovetail as malicious in error and we are working with Google to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We have no reason to suspect that any customer data or information from Dovetail has been compromised in any way.

The cause of the issue has been identified as a database failover. The system has recovered automatically but we are continuing to monitor the situation.

This incident has been resolved – all delayed multimedia processing has now been completed.

A temporary fix has been implemented, new multimedia processing will succeed and the backlog of failed processing will be cleared promptly. In the meantime, multimedia processing may be slightly delayed.
