    This issue currently affects only Board and Grid views. As a workaround, you can switch to a different data or insight view to access your content.

    Some users are currently unable to click and open data or insights within Dovetail. Clicking items directly in the UI doesn’t respond.

    Workaround:
    If available, users can still access content by opening the direct URL associated with the data.
