This issue has now been resolved, and reels can be successfully downloaded. Please contact our support team if you are still experiencing problems!

We are continuing to work on fixing reel downloads. Unfortunately the issue may persist for the next couple of hours. In the meantime, as a workaround, we recommend using web links or inviting users to your workspace as free viewers to share highlight reels. Some users are able to download after some time whilst other downloads fail. We are continuing to investigate.
